Dear Parents,
Thank you to all who attended our school carnival. In spite of the rain, we had a great time. I wanted to publicly thank Mrs. Evangelista and Mrs. Andreacchi for organizing and running the carnival. They have been heading up the organization for at least 5 years (since I've been at SJB). They did not work alone either. They had help from a small army of our parents, many of them from the parent council. You are all a great bunch to work with. What makes me most proud is seeing our older students taking leadership roles by helping to run events, sell tickets, do face painting and with the set up and take down of the carnival. Our families are raising some truly wonderful children who show a willingness to be selfless in their actions. Thank you everyone for making this years carnival a major success.
