Voting Rights
Published on May 6, 2018 11:50

Dear Parents,
As parents of Catholic school students, you have the right to vote for your Catholic School Trustee, but this is only possible if you are registered as a Catholic School System Supporter.  What some people do not realize, is that when you buy a house or move to another location, the support designation defaults to the public board, which then keeps you from being able to vote for Catholic Education.

Good News, you can check you voting and support status by verifying your support at the following link:

Voter Lookup

I encourage you to do so.  It literally takes 2 minutes.  As well, it demonstrates to the provincial government your support of Catholic education while giving you the right to vote for the Catholic trustee of your choice.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Yours in faith,
J. Murphy
