The School Year has Begun!

Dear Parents,
What a great summer we are having! The weather has been fantastic. I hope you all had the chance to share fun and rejuvenate with you family and friends over the summer months. I just wanted to let you know that the school office is open for business. If you are aware of any new families in our zone, please let them know they can come in any time this week and next to register their children. We welcome back Mrs. Ciarafoni as our office administrator. We are looking forward to the new school year and the return of the students! We have had a number of students move away and a number on new students register, which keeps our class lists in continual flux. We will post the class lists outside on the first day of school Sept. 6. We also wanted to let you know that there is always the possibility of some restructuring of classes in the first week to create equanimity. We will endeavour to make as little disruptions as possible, but that is a reality of all schools.
To the parents of our new Junior Kindergartens, you will be phoned Monday Aug. 29, to give you the time of your meeting with the classroom teacher on the first day school, Sept. 6. During the phone call you will also be given your child's start date on the first week of school. Looking forward to our new JK's starting.
